Debbie went above and beyond our expectations, and that is why we will continue to use her as our Realtor.
Everything she did was fast and easy, and we found the house of our dreams the first day looking at houses. She
answered all of our questions even though the financial process and continued to be proactive even after we
closed.
Debbie gave us a list of items to do to sell our house quickly. At first, I was skeptical about some of the items, but we
trusted her and followed through. So glad we listened because we received so many compliments on the house we were
selling, and it received 3 full offers within 24 hours of listing. We are still in the process of selling our current home with
her as the buyers ran into a few hiccups, which has delayed their closing. Instead of giving up, she continues to be
proactive in providing updates to us and the buyer of our house since their Realtor has pretty much abandoned them
because I assume the other Realtor was counting on her commission to be there already. If it were up to me, I would most
likely give their side of the real estate commission to Debbie as she has been helping them get the transaction closed.
It is clearly not about the commission with Debbie, and it is about helping people with the difficult task of real estate. She

Debbie got the request to offer her assistance to us from one of her fellow Realtors who is a friend of my son's and his
wife's family. She was not available, so she asked Debbie to assist. Debbie Fontenette contacted me as we were driving
from Illinois to Texas. We discussed what we wanted in a new home. I told her about a house that we had identified
online that was of interest. Debbie went to the builder's office the next day and had already spoken with them before
our arrival. While she knew that we were extremely interested in this house, she showed us other homes which

Jeff Miller was a great realtor for us. We needed someone who could not just find the right house, but do the research on the adjacent lots, and neighborhoods. Jeff didn’t just take the time to do this, but he offered to. He also looked into the properties and roads within a few miles of each home of interest so we knew what could potentially be built near us in the future. Jeff knew what to look for in a home, and what to look out for. He was always available, and we were seeing multiple houses almost every day. Even though Jeff wasn’t our realtor for the house we sold out of state he was able to help smooth over all of the rough spots. He communicated well with the other realtor, as well as the loan officer and Title Company. And this was no small task when we were buying a house on contingency, and selling ours on contingency as well. I highly recommend the realtor services provided by Jeff Miller. I met Jeff under difficult circumstances. He had been coordinating the sale of my brother’s townhouse in Point Venture, Texas. There was, in fact, a contracted buyer and a scheduled closing date. Unfortunately, my brother passed away just before that closing date arrived. As next of kin, I assumed the responsibility of dealing with his estate, including the completion of the townhouse sale. Jeff connected me with people and organizations that could guide me through the Texas state process that was necessary for me to accomplish that task. More importantly, he was instrumental in helping me dispose of my brother’s personal belongings and connecting me with several local tradespeople to clean and make necessary repairs to the property to prepare it for sale. While I was able to be there, on site, for several days in the beginning of the process (I live in Colorado), Jeff was my “boots on the ground” contact in Texas to make people, often himself, available to meet with tradespeople, donation trucks and etc. that I had arranged for from afar but could not actually meet in person. He went above and beyond on my behalf on multiple occasions, saving me from at least one and possibly more Texas trips. So, if you’re looking for a competent and compassionate realtor to hear and represent your needs in any real estate deal, you need look no further. Jeff’s your guy.
