 She was truly indispensable to our efforts to sell our house in Anderson Mill after having helped us navigate buying a new house (following a 23-year stint in the prior house - which she also helped us buy, when we were all much younger) in Round Rock last summer. This has been a lengthy, often dramatic, alternately exciting and upsetting process and she has been there reliably with advice and support the entire time. We had the misfortune of getting the old house fixed up and ready to market just as things were hitting the current slowdown, so ended up making the hard decision to sell very low to an investor in order to be able to close the chapter, stop the ongoing bleed, and move on. This is such a confusing time for professionals and novices alike, but Debbie has helped us to continually assess and review in order to reach our decision. While we really hope we'll be in our new home forever if things change, we will be calling her.

Not knowing anything about the area except a few city names suggested to us by our friends, Sarah readily (and patiently) helped us focus our search and, again patiently, provided us home options for us to evaluate. After a lot of changes to our wishlist, Sarah set up more than 20 home viewings for us over the course of a 2 day visit to Texas. I met Jeff under difficult circumstances. He had been coordinating the sale of my brother’s townhouse in Point Venture, Texas. There was, in fact, a contracted buyer and a scheduled closing date. Unfortunately, my brother passed away just before that closing date arrived. As next of kin, I assumed the responsibility of dealing with his estate, including the completion of the townhouse sale. Jeff connected me with people and organizations that could guide me through the Texas state process that was necessary for me to accomplish that task. We needed someone who could not just find the right house, but do the research on the adjacent lots, and neighborhoods. Jeff didn’t just take the time to do this, but he offered to. He also looked into the properties and roads within a few miles of each home of interest so we knew what could potentially be built near us in the future. Jeff knew what to look for in a home, and what to look out for. He was always available, and we were seeing multiple houses almost every day. We found a great house in a great neighborhood, and we felt safe and well informed as we made our decision.
