About Charlotte

Charlotte is a proud fourth generation Austinite who has witnessed the city’s evolution firsthand

while maintaining a deep love for all that makes Austin special. After attending Southwest Texas

State University in San Marcos, she began her real estate career in the mid-1980s and has since

built a well-rounded background working with some of Austin’s top companies in Commercial

Property Management, Facility Management, and Construction and Project Development.

For many years, Charlotte has focused exclusively on residential real estate, assisting buyers,

sellers, and investors with confidence and care. She holds a Broker’s license, earned in 2006, and

is passionate about educating clients on the buying, selling, and investing process. Charlotte also

enjoys mentoring new agents as they begin their real estate careers.

Outside of real estate, Charlotte treasures time with her four grandchildren, two daughters, and

close friends. She enjoys boating on Lake Travis, fishing in Port Aransas, traveling to the

Caribbean, and rescuing animals. Known for her generous spirit, Charlotte actively volunteers in

her community and brings the same heart for helping others to every client she serves.
